Serizawa’s Tiny House

Young married couple Mark and Crystal Serizawa want to find a home away from the busy streets of New York City. The Serizawas have a growing concern over the impacts on the environment and plan on changing their lifestyles entirely for this reason. They want to downsize their living space in a tiny home where they will feel excited and proud of their ecological choice.

Kerr’s Home Family Theater

Mrs. Kerr, a former interior designer, thought about ways she could keep her grandchildren entertained while staying over for the weekends. She and her husband had recently bought a one-floor house with a gym room that they were not planning on using. Mrs. Kerr got to work and called for some help to renovate her gym room into a movie theater.

Doshi and O’Brien Kitchen

The expansion of the Doshi/O’Brien family requires them to make adjustments to their home, principally the heart of the house- the kitchen. Deepa and Owen want their kitchen to be well suited for their young daughter and Deepa’s elderly parents. The kitchen’s theme is heavily based on Deepa’s Indian heritage and her passion for boho design.
